The ANZAC school service

 Today we did a ANZAC service at my school. I was really nervous I had butterflies in my stomach scared i was going to mess it up because i was speaking at the ANZAC service. Before everyone in the school came we had a couple of practices. and then people started to lode in like ants. as nervous as i  was i started to talk ''please stand for are National anthem'' wow i said to my self i said my first line!

When we finished Betsy and arthur said there lines and then  this was my big moment i said my best line. i was pretty happy with my self!

cooks cove walk

 on Thursday the year six walked up cooks cove, fristley koka ngaire split us into groups. secondly we drove  to cooks cove in tolga bay, i went with haruru roris mum. when we got there we started walking up it in single file lines. the first couple of steps were a piece of cake but then i started to get tied and started to puff. 

As i puffed up the steps i saw we were quarter way but i thort we were there but fifteen minutes later i knew this was only the start. but then we maded it to the look out and i was sooo happy!

MY PRIORITIES

 today i will be talking to you what we need to do for work at wainui beach school we need to do priorities as you can see in the title but also priorities sound easy but when you first stat its hard but when you get the hang of it it is sooooooo easey . now this is what we have to do in 4 days. x2 word work, 1 quick wright with fifty word s in each parra graft ( we have to write for parra grafts ) . maths whizz 30 min a day. blog post i am doing right now. and evadints  so like fulcey tutor and ninja maths, recrafting and other stuff,   soo thats what we have to do in 4 days!!

This is my board of trustees letter

To the Board of Trustees, Wainui Beach School 

Hello we are year 5 girls. Me and my friend Millie, would like to propose to paint on the school stairs going up to room 5. We would like to paint a  form of graffiti and the reasoning behind this is that in our writing group we decided to pick the genre graffiti. And, we would like to convince you to give us your permission to go ahead and paint on the stairs leading up to room five.

We want the kids at our school to know that putting rubbish on the ground and on the playground is not ok in our opinion. And to have a nice mural to look at . We want  to teach kids that  rubbish is killing animals, sea creatures and also the environment and our  future but with this mural in the school we figure that kids will start putting rubbish in the bin.Rubbish is also endangering their species.
